Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work on WaitAds, operated by G Varshith (sole proprietor, Udyam Registration UDYAM-TS-05-0059350), India. WaitAds sells advertising impressions on the WaitAds network. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
1. Advertiser wallet top-ups
When you top up your advertiser wallet, the funds are credited to your WaitAds wallet for use on campaigns. Top-ups themselves are not a purchase of a final good — they are prepaid balance that is consumed as your ads are served.
2. Refund of unused balance
- You may request a refund of your unused (unspent) wallet balance at any time.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payer and to an Indian payment instrument.
3. Non-refundable amounts
Amounts already spent on served impressions are non-refundable, because the advertising service for those impressions has already been delivered. Impressions are estimated from detected agent active-time, as disclosed in our Terms & Conditions.
4. Cancelling campaigns
You may pause or cancel a campaign at any time from your advertiser dashboard. Cancellation stops future spending immediately; any remaining wallet balance stays in your wallet and can be used on another campaign or refunded as unused balance under Section 2.
5. Developer earnings & payouts
Developer earnings accrue as ledger credits and are paid out to Indian UPI or bank accounts on request, subject to the minimum payout threshold and manual review. Payouts, once completed, are final. If a payout fails due to incorrect destination details, the amount is re-credited to your ledger so you can retry.
6. Incorrect or disputed charges
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the payment reference. We will investigate and, where a charge is found to be erroneous, issue a refund within 5–7 business days.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@waitads.in from your registered email with your account details and the relevant transaction reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
