These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WaitAds, a service operated by G Varshith (sole proprietor, Udyam Registration UDYAM-TS-05-0059350), based in India ("WaitAds", "we", "us"). By using our website, VS Code extension, or services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

What we sell: WaitAds provides advertising impressions on the WaitAds network. Advertisers pay (in INR) to display a single sponsored line in the Claude Code wait state; developers earn a share of that revenue.

1. Eligibility & India-only access

The Service is available only to users located in India. We verify your country via IP address. Because payouts are made exclusively to Indian UPI IDs and bank accounts, funds cannot leave India regardless of network routing. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account is permitted per person, and one payout destination per developer. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. For developers

The extension writes sponsored lines only into the officially exposed spinnerVerbs setting and backs up your original settings first.
On uninstall or deactivation, your original settings are restored.
Earnings are calculated as 50% of advertising revenue from estimated impressions, based on detected agent active-time.
Earnings accrue to your ledger and may be withdrawn once you reach the minimum payout threshold.

4. For advertisers

You fund a wallet via Razorpay and create campaigns that are subject to review/approval.
Charges are based on estimated impressions served. We disclose that impressions are estimated, not pixel-verified.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your ad content. We may reject or pause campaigns at our discretion.

5. Estimated impressions

Because the Service operates in a command-line environment, on-screen viewing time cannot be pixel-verified. Impressions are estimated from detected agent active-time. By using the Service, both developers and advertisers accept this estimation methodology.

6. Payments & payouts

Advertiser payments are processed by Razorpay. Developer payouts are made to Indian UPI or bank accounts and may be subject to manual review before approval. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to defraud the impression system, generate fake activity, use multiple accounts, or interfere with the Service. Fraudulent impressions are not counted and may result in account termination and forfeiture of associated balances.

8. Relationship with Anthropic

WaitAds is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. We do not modify Anthropic's software. The Service depends on functionality that Anthropic may change at any time, which could affect or end the Service.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaitAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by or owed to you in the preceding three months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Pending balances will be handled in accordance with our refund and payout policies.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
